Provision of annual accounts
In accordance with article 7 of Regulatory Rule nº 04/2005-R of 28th February, the ISP’s website releases information from the Official Journal of the Republic of Portugal and/or indicates the hyperlink for the website disclosing the reporting of every insurance company or entity liable for producing consolidated financial statements under Decree-Law nº 147/94, of 25th May.

Insurance Portfolio Transfers
In accordance with article 153, nº 2, of Decree-Law nº 94-B/98, of 17th April, the ISP’s website must publish the authorizations granted by the competent authorities of the EU Member States for the transfer of insurers portfolios containing contracts covering risks situated in the Portuguese territory or under which Portugal is the Member State of the commitment
