Ombudsmen of participants and beneficiaries for the individual memberships of open pension funds are independent bodies/experts of recognised reputation and capability, to whom those participants and beneficiaries, as well as their representatives, can formally complain about the actions of management companies. Once the complaints are assessed, the Ombudsmen can make appropriate recommendations to the management companies.
These recommendations are the sole responsibility of their issuers and shall be directed to the ISP, in compliance with the legislation and regulations in force.
